KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Setting-up our pipe-jacking systems, bringing them into service and operating them, in addition to maintaining and repairing them
• Making our customersꞌ machine operators ready to use the products
• Providing specialist-technical support and advice to our customers in implementation of pipe-jacking projects
• Carrying out the official handover of the pipe-jacking systems to our customers (checking the scope of supply, filling out the official written handover-report)
• Passing-on error messages and improvement proposals to the relevant departments
• Producing day-to-day reports
• Formally taking note of and passing-on any instances of equipment damage to the relevant departments

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

• Interest in working worldwide; this involves stays abroad over longer periods
• Technical understanding and a high level of interest in mastering difficult and/or unfamiliar problematic situations
• Working in a self-reliant way
• Projecting self-assurance and competence in interactions with customers
• Good knowledge of English; other foreign languages are advantageous but not a prerequisite
• Basic knowledge of mechanical science, hydraulics and electrical engineering is advantageous but not a prerequisite
• Strong communicative skills, ability to work well under stress, and flexibility
